Whoadie
Whoadie is a 2-year-old, very sweet male ferret. His younger brother Sig and sisters Jen & Miranda are also at the shelter.
Honey
Honey was with her 3 brothers in an abandoned home in Daytona, back when the temperatures were in the teens. She was very naked with only whiskers as fur, and her vulva was the size of a walnut. A very dear ferret lover was able to bring them from Jax to me. That same ferret lover paid for Honey's surgery.She has done very well and you can see she has the blaze markings on her face. Just a doll. She is about 3 yrs old. Honey's brothers are still at the shelter too.
We Made it To Our Forever Home!
Since we opened our doors in 1992, we have rescued over 640 Ferrets. These ferrets were successfully placed into loving, adoptive homes. This log is not complete, and it only shows the last nine months or so.

Heaven Scent Ferrets Waiting at the Rainbow Bridge
Over the years, Heaven Scent has helped many ferrets find homes. Others have left for the bridge while still in residence, but memories of them linger on.
